The fifth and long-awaited book in George R.R. Martin's
A Song of Ice and Fire series,
A Dance with Dragons, is finally scheduled for release this year! It is up on
Amazon with a release date of September 30, 2008. I can't find any articles of any sort about it yet, but rest assured that when I do, you'll know. :)
UPDATE: As of now, the book is still pending and the listed release date is September 29, 2009. We shall see.
