Jersey Shows/Danimal Records
NEW BLOG!!

November 20, 2008

Hey everyone!!
Just wanted to let you know that Jersey Shows/Danimal Records will be
posting weekly blogs from now on! These lovely little blogs will include
upcoming shows, recaps of past shows, exciting JS news and other
news/links we think you guys would enjoy. So, lets get started!

This week we have shows on both Saturday and Sunday. Saturday at Yardley
Community Centre (Yardley, PA) we have Eyeball Records artist, Kiss Kiss
along with the 2008 Battle of the Bands winners, Milan. Other local
artists include Ambience, Bridges I've Burned, Chasing Capulet, and Ruckus
At the Zoo. A little further north at Cagneys (Parlin, NJ) we have three
great local bands performing; Our Last Hours, Jolly Rotten Skeletons, and
Wastingtime. Both of these shows are ALL AGES and doors at 3 PM. If you
purchase tickets in advance from any of these bands they are $10. If
tickets are purchased at the door they are $12. On Sunday, at Chubbys (Red
Bank) we have the "Double Your Pleasure Tour" featuring The Good Night
Anthem. Locals on this show include A Clear Blurr, Strike, Signature
Escape, and Kill The Trend. This show is also all ages and same ticket
prices, but door time is a little bit earlier for this show, 1:30 PM.

Since Thursday is Thanksgiving, what better way to celebrate than having
two great Pre-Thanksgiving Bash's the night before! At Station 36 in
Waretown, NJ we have Hell Within, Red Krovvy, Dry Heave Homicide,
Klingsor, Hara Kiri, Bound By Sin, Failure In Vanity and Into the Abyss.
Doors are at 6 PM for this show. All the way at the other end of NJ, at
Mainstage (Pompton Lakes) we have After the Robbery performing, along with
Devlin Drive, Parking Lot Incident, SKSC, and Plastascene plus more TBA!!

WEEKLY FEATURED ARTIST:
KISS KISS (Indie/Experimental/Progressive)

While Eyeball Records artist, Kiss Kiss seems to be very busy these days
writing, recording and touring, they were sure to make time to play a JS
show at the Yardley Community Centre on Nov. 22. After recently playing at
The Saint in NJ on Nov. 1, only 2 weeks ago, they are back to play for you
guys and girls all over again! With a new CD coming out in February, The
Meek Shall Inherit What's Left, they are worth checking out on myspace
(myspace.com/kisskiss) and of course live, on Nov. 22 at Yardley Community
Centre!!

That's about it for this week!
Check back for weekly updates :)
