Lanarkshire band Rockburn combine blues and rock, resulting in a host sassy, catchy and utterly fabulous tuneage.
Complete with punchy drums and clean-cut riffs, the velvety drawl of the vocals only add to the attraction of this band.
Counting their influences from Fleetwood Mac to Nirvana, it is evident this band possess an eclectic taste in music, which is noticeable in each song.
"Red Dress" a blues-esque, rock ballad filled with great vocals and intricately simple guitar riffs, this song is fast and furious and totally infectious.
"Just to Pass the Time" lulls the listener with a soft intro, then launches into a fantastic rapturous chorus.
Think of a cross between a film soundtrack and a contemporary blues band.
Rockburn are an immense talent, oozing potential for the future.
Get to their profile for gig dates, news and most importantly, to hear this mega talented four-piece for yourself.
