I managed to lose  my camera at BurlyCon. I may have left or maybe it was stolen, I don't really know.  In any case, I feel pretty chagrined about this, if not down right stupid about it.  But since I don't really know what I did, I didn't feel like making any kind of false claim to my insurance company, or much less filing a false police report.  I won't be getting any kind of reimbursement from my insurance. It's going to be a bit before I can afford another of similar quality.  The bigger loss is the two decent lenses I had. I easily lost over $1000 worth of equipment. What I'm wondering,  should I do a fund raiser to get a new camera?
