Interviewer (I): Well hello there Pass.... may I call you Pass?
Passenger (P): ummm....... no.
I: Well ok then. How would you describe your debut album?
P: Dark, but always with hope told through stories of reality... things i see and experience
I: So songs like New Year's Resolution have hope?
P: That particular song is probably the darkest story on the album which is why I paired it to an upbeat track to balance it out. The hope comes from the hope it will help others to not be that girl.
I: I understand you've begun working on a new album already? Will this follow the same themes as "The Brick In A Glass House".
P: I'll always talk about reality which has alot of dark moments but I hope to make this one a little more balanced. I was in a darker place when I wrote most of the songs for "Brick" and alot of things have happened and put me in a better place. I want to use different producers as well as a few of the same to change the feel of the next album and incorporate more live instruments and singing at this point. We'll see.... I just want my music to grow with me.
I: What sort of things happened to put you in a better place?
P: The inclusion of the chicken breakfast biscuit at many fast food chains.
I: Ah! Very nice. May I ask why you're wearing a bathrobe and holding a cigar with a glass of Cognac?
P: You said this was "An Intimate Sitdown With Passenger" so I thought i'd play the role, you know?
I: I see....... but I said it was called "An IMAGINARY Sitdown With Passenger"
P: huh?
I: I don't exist... you're talking to yourself again Pass.
P: damn.....
