I'm just updating this because I'm embarrassed it's been so long since my last update. I just saw Amy Sedaris on Craig Ferguson's show. We love the Sedarises. Her brother refinished my grandmother's floors. And her sister went to high school with my friend Jonathan. I guess there's a "Strangers With Candy" movie out now. I'll see it if it ever comes here.

I saw "Superman Returns" last night. Other than Kevin Spacey's Lex Luthor, it was a waste of time and money. I should have rented 1978's "Superman: The Movie."

You're watching CRAIG FERGUSON?  I thought you were an avowed Conanite!  Say it ain't so!

Amy Sedaris just rocks the casbah.  hehe...

The whole premise of Strangers With Candy makes me giggle (chortle, really... if you wanna get specific), since in real life-- an ex-hooker/crack-ho could have earned her high school diploma, four-year degree, master's, and PhD in prison.  God bless the University of Phoenix online.  hahaha...

In my line of work, crack-hoes get out of prison and go back to doing what they're best at: being crack-hoes.

I refuse to watch Kevin Spacey as Lex Luthor.  He just smirks too much for my liking.  Viva le Gene Hackman!

Rob and I discovered recently that in Superman 2 during the niagra falls scene, someone in the background yells (as Superman swoops to the rescue), "Well, of COURSE he's Jewish!" Totally makes the movie.

I too love the Sedarises, particularly David's novels.  However, none of them have ever refinished my floors (so to speak).
