.. Debbie Varaska"I tried gyms, classes, and there were no results whatsoever. I have never experienced anything like this before . No one has ever measured me and taken the time to really help me. It was basically an "on your own type thing, the typical "gym scene". I figured I'd give it to the end of the year. I started in September and right now it is November 14th and Greg doesn't even know this, but Im down 35 lbs and that's in 2 and a half months. The energy level is through the roof. Things that I never thought I'd do again, Im doing, The energy is terrific. I feel wonderful. The clothes are loose! What I experienced here is that basically I feel that Greg takes an interest in what we're doing and how we're doing and get us to be the best. I can never thank you enought for what you have done, the transformation, the difference. People have been telling me how different I look and the "glow" that I have. I feel wonderful! Greg Works! .. Trina Farrell "Well the first day I came to camp, I was very much overweight, and very depressed and didnt have a lot of energy. I used to think my job was very stressful and since I've been coming to camp for the ladst 8 weeks, not only is camp really fun, but I have great energy that lasts all day. I love the nutrition plan. I can honestly say that I'm never hungry. Its very satisfying I have no cravings at all. I was a big sweets eater and candy and soda. I've tried everything before and nothing has ever worked for me and this is the best thing that I have ever done. Greg is changing my life and not only with how I look. I have lost about 30lbs, 6% body-fat, about 18 inches off my body, have gone own a couple of dress sizes in 8 weeks. I feel so much better about myself; it's given me so much more confidence, not only at home, but also at work. I can honestly say that I dont come home stressed out complaining about my job anymore. I get excited about coming to camp, it's actually fun. I've done gyms before and done all kinds of programs and it gets boring. But this after 8 weeks, is always excciting, always something different. Its fun and you meet some great people. Well I have acid-reflux and I have taken medicine for that for the last 15 years and Im no longer on that medication at all. I have no heartburn at all. My cholesterol has gone way down and I also had high blood pressure and I was on another 2 medications for that. My pressure has remained low since I started so my doctor started to take me off that medication and in the next couple of months all of my medications. It's a great thing. Its changed my life in so many different areas. I would reccomend it to anybody, and, like I said, I have truly tried every other diet and fitness program and this is truly amazing. My whole family and my friends noticed that not only am I looking better, but Im happy, and Im acting better. It's Wonderful! .. CJ Martini A few of my friends, and my sister got involved so I thought i wouls give it a try. I didnt have too many expectations but after about 4 to 5 weeks, lost 15 lbs, 16 inches and 8% bodyfat. Its really a good thing and I'd reccomend it for all my friends and anyone just trying to get fit, get tone, or lose weight. .. Tony Dephillips The camps are a lot of fun and will give you a lot of results beause and he takes care of all personal goals. When I started following his nutritional guidelines and then I was able to drop 15 lbs and by May I dropped about 45 lbs and still coming and try to get myself the best shape possible. I'm still having a good time; I wouldnt be coming if I didn't. All the new people that you meet and we all do the best we can and encourage each other. CJ Martini --
