Another quiet year past, with not much more than a move interstate, 3 trips to tassie and finding love. All in all a year of change, but good change. A quick summary of the year I think is needed.

Started with a summer of hard work and a little fun before mum & I set off on a whirlwind adventure up the coast of Australia to my new home. The day after valentines day we set off. (Who knows, could be the last valentines day I spend alone).

After a week of getting to know brisbane and the one building of uni I was in, the term set off. Was almost as fast as the nightlife I soon discovered. That was cut short though in my first ever game of AFL. 10 minutes into the first quarter, the knee gave way to crutches for 6 weeks. It was around this time that I was introduced to myspace, and hence forth lead to the adding of one of my first friends, a Miss Laura Bradbury. After a month of crutches, movie dates, and endless sms and myspace questions, I finally plucked up the courage to kiss the girl and from there well the rest is history.

Since then I've moved into another place, surprised the bejesus out of my parents with a surprise trip to tassie. Enjoyed the highs of love, the lows of being away from the family and just made the most of living in one of the best cities in Australia.

Do I think I've changed this year?? To a great part yes. I've become a uni student and with that comes the self motivation as well as the saving of money. I have fallen in love and now couldn't imagine life without it.

There are no resolutions for the upcoming year. I have a new car, a new house, but the same wonderful and amazing girlfriend. It will be a year of more saving, paying off debts, enjoying living with new people, including Laura.

If 2007 turns out to be as adventurous, fun, enjoyable and as unexpected as 2006 I can't wait. What lies ahead who knows, but if I have a certain someone I know that I will always be happy.
