I did an interview ages ago for a DJ Yoda mixed documentary for Pete Tong's show on Radio one about sampling. I forgot all about it and then it was broadcast a couple of weeks ago. I have since been informed that you can download the show right here;

That was actully pretty good. I was surprised to hear Dan Le Sac in there as well. I think his comment won. "Loads of people have made a carrear out of sound like Radiohead so we just sampled them." TAKE THAT MUSE!
