...last night we had our second practice...our first one was a coupla weeks ago...we had not hung out or played in over 9years. for those of you who only know my Lord of the Yum-Yum persona, in 1991, my brother Tom and i formed our first real band with Kevin called Herbal Flesh Tea. we had a few mild successes during our heyday and were able to play some memorable shows.
i thought the playing would be stunted and weird, but actually its been going well. in some ways we sound better than in 1993, which was when we were touring regularly. we tried 'Dive In' last night and it was rocky at first, but it came back on the next play through...i do hope you consider coming out and hearing the loudest and largest drumset since neal peart and two brothers sweat and bicker their way through the progpunk that helped shape what the world knows as VillaParkCore!!!
