I'm sure I'm not the only one who is irritated by this.  MySpace has a status for many different parental statuses, but not a step-parent one.  Does anyone find that odd or is it just me?  I just got married and am now a stepmom.  I don't consider this anything that truly identifies me, but I can't have kids and find it nice that I at least get an opportunity to be something to my husband's kid.  Not that a title matters or anything, but it would be nice to be able to show that I'm proud to be a step parent.

Y'know I never thought of that... they definately should... I can think of alot of step parents that would be proud to say the same.
