Happy 2009.  We've added "The Flames" from the new album for your listening pleasure - please enjoy with our compliments.  Still working on video from the BWR 10 year anniversary show, but we'll get it worked out and have something posted online before too long.

You know what's crazy?  Seconds Before will be 10 years old this year.  Formed in the waning days of the last century, we would have never guessed we'd still be at it a decade later.  It's still fun and we're not quite ready for the rest home yet.  We'll have to plan some sort of shindig later this summer to commemorate the occasion (technically, we formed in summer of 99.)
