Happy Monday!

1. Seriously, more snow? Is mother nature trying to ensure that there’s a giant spike in suicides heading into April? Ok, I am done talking about the weather, although I have to say that it bugs me that talking about the weather is considered taboo when it comes to small talk. It just so happens that I enjoy talking about the weather. It is fascinating. And it’s something we ALL experience, making it, in my mind the perfect small talk fodder.

2. It’s the Cubs home opener today! Man, I know that there’s 161 games after this one, but considering the Cubs 100 year quest for ineptitude (that sounds better than 100 years of failure), they probably would be doing themselves a favor by getting off to a quick start.

3. If you’re considering ordering Mpls WiFi...don’t. It’s a piece of shit product. Last week my internet service was down for about 3 hours at a time.  That trend continues today. During those 3 hours of down time, I did constructive things including screaming into pillows, punching those pillows and then apologizing to those pillows. I hate to say this, because the Cable companies in this town have at certain points in time refused to acknowledge that I exist, but they offer a much better service. All MPLS WiFi is good for is increasing the chances of me having a heart attack.
