Hi All,
Well we had a really great time over the last few weeks. Our show at The Prince Band Room was great fun and we were really pleased to see just how many people turned up to see us. Thank you to everyone who came along. We had to be at the airport at 7.30am the next morning and then we flew straight to Perth to do the first of our shows over there. It was a strange gig but fun in a different sort of way. Peter Combe played before us and he's a hard act to follow. We then hit up this great little indian place for tea and crashed out. By the time our next show came along we were all refreshed and ready. Some friends of ours in WA threw a keg party for us before the show (SB Wooo) so the band was quite comfortable by the time we hit the stage. It was one of our best shows ever. We all felt the love from the crowd and we played with a new found energy. After a little bit of a boozey sleep we jumped back on a plane and headed to SA were we played at the Gov. I really like playing at the Gov. Its a big room with a cool outdoor area and even though it was a Sunday night the turn out was great. Next stop was home and we all felt a little sad that it was the last of our shows for a while. Our next shows will be touring with the V festival and I am really pumped top see a lot of the artists who are playing. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Really interstate audiences just don't compare though hey? I have always secretly (or apparently not so) wanted to see Peter Combe and the Juicy Juicy Green Band again... the last time I was a crazed three year old fan.
Does he still get kids to sing with him - because I think that's prob a bit creepy now? And have there been any musical developments or are we still reading the newspaper?
I have an idea rearding future shows: you should tour South America between August and December, Electro Folk never sounded so good as it would in front of a Brazillian audience.

ps seriously enjoyed the Prince show although I seem to have lost most of the night :)

Peter Coombe and Jackson Jackson - That would have been a gig of almighty proportionality!
Psyched to see you guys at V in Sydney - But I hope you aren't up against Madness.
