One of the coolest dudes ever to appear on this and other celeb gossip sites, Jimbo James, head roadie for The Trailer Park Kings, has filed a lawsuit against Britney Spears and her parents.
Jimbo is suing Team Britney for libel, defamation and battery, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of contract.
According to the court papers filed today, Jimbo claims that Britney's parents, Jamie and Lynn Spears, have "launched a campaign of lies and intimidation designed to destroy not only Jimbo, but the Trailer Park Kings too, and drive them out of Britney's life."  This is rumored to be as a result of the "in bad taste" photos on the TPK's website, mocking Brittney, K-Fed, and the entire circus clan of their followers and hangers-on.
In the lawsuit, Jimbo claims he was standing nude in Britney's kitchen on January 29, 2008, eating an apple and doing a shot of jagermeister, when Jamie stormed into the house. Jimbo alleges Jamie yelled at him, claiming he had made a rude comment to Lynne the night before.
Then, the Trailer park Kings roadie claims, Jamie Spears "intentionally punched him in the chest and testicles" and threatened to kill him if he ever heard Jimbo make a rude comment about Lynne or any member of Britney Spears' family again
Jimbo claims the whole incident is a result of Brittneys jealousy over his on again off again romance with Lindsay Lohan.
