People always be coming up to us, asking if we have a cd. Typically, I send them in the direction of my indie rock band, Electric Automatic's "Travelling Companion," or Chris's blues band, "Cash Box Kings," who have 3 great releases, or else Scott's spooky rock band, "Lorenzo's Music," who have many quality releases.

It was always like, "No way are we going to put out a cd of cover songs. That would be silly."

Well, after my recent trip to the coffee shop, and wittnessing the new releases of Rod Stewart, (all covers,) Tony Bennett, (all covers,) and Carly Simmon, (guess what? All covers,) I've come to discover covers are what the people want. Well whatever baby wants, baby gets.

February 14th we will be releaseing a limited edition cd of, you guessed it, 14 covers. We've yet to decide exactly how many copys we're planning to press, but each one will be hand decorated by us, the Hometown Sweethearts. Each cd will be one of a kind. A treasure you can share with generations to come.
