Current mood:  ecstatic
The utterly fabulous Kimmi Rudolph, who hosts the stellar podcasts "The Metal Deli" and "The Rock Deli," has been kind enough to feature a little music from the BGO.  A couple of weeks ago, she played I'm The Man on The Metal Deli.  It was an interesting moment, having my work played between hard working hard rock and metal guys.  Certainly a clear statement about how far I've come from my rock days.  But, it was cool to be apart of the program (despite feeling a little chauvinist about the lyrical content of that song, with regards to the spectacular host.)  Today, she has kindly agreed to play me on "The Rock Deli," a place where I probably mingle a little better.

Today's song is a little special, since it's a song that has never been played on any program.  It's a song entitled "I'll Be Fine," which is on the as-of-yet untitled second album by the BGO.  This is material that no one, other than myself or my pets at home, as ever heard, so it's a bit of a treat.  So, if you dig on hearing some new BGO stuff, aside from the same ol' stuff that stays in circulation here on Myspace, then tune in.  If that's not enough initiative for you, then tune in for Kimmi, who's as great as great can be.

On a side not, I have to say it's been an absolute privilege to have been getting this kind of airplay.  It's been quite incredible to be featured on such well known podcasts as Soupy Gato and Kimmi's co-op of podcasts.  I've gotten to share airtime with programs that had members of Anthrax, G n' R, and of course Duff from Ace Of Cakes, which is very cool.  But it's even more incredible that they actually hunted me down and invited me to do it.  These are passionate people who gave me an open forum, despite my lack of marketing and inability to keep this website updated.  And I am eternally grateful for that.

So, I celebrate these guys often, and so should you.  Take advantage of what these two are doing, and enjoy the ride.
And for the handful of you that are actually excited about a new, never-before-heard track from the BGO, tune in this Wednesday.
