The 24hr. policy is a strict policy at 'vinylred'
   please call atleast 24hrs. before your scheduled block so that we have plenty of time to accomidate the bands that wanted the same block as yourselves...please please please.
 
          the main reason for this is simple
  on a regular bases we have to turn bands away from the block they want...due to the block already being filled.and its really inconsiderate to those bands that would have definately showed up as scheduled...when you dont...and the room ends up possibly being empty...while a band has to try and negotiate there schedule to fit in with the available blocks left.
 
 of course its a money issue...but...most important is the bands...the ones that work really really hard...and end up not getting the block they need while someone books it...and doesnt show up.
 so with that said...if for somereason you cant make ur scheduled block,,,call atleast 24hrs. ahead and we will totally rebook you..no prob..BUT if u dont show...dont call...24hrs ahead...vinylred will have to charge you for the booked block .

 were totally not complaining its just upsetting when we turn bands away and the room is empty by someone being inconsiderate to all the killer bands in the area...

  but we thank all of the bands for coming cuz 'vinylred' is really picking up...and it could never happen without all of you being so supportive and loyal to the studio.
