its 699$ (its usually more), app waived, non refundable deposit waived, 99$ down, i guess theres another special on top of that going on next month where half of june is free, but cos of our credit we need to pay an additional month *but its refundable. it has a nice woodburning fire place, dishwasher, full washer and dryer, disposal, NICE kitchen (what i wanted), nice bathroom (multiple doorways), two tone walls, its on the top floor (what shawna wanted)...its cozy looking, not too big but its not small. i love it. 


i want a house warming party maybe sometime next month or something. could you guys come?
