Some of you may recognize this one as the tune we'd play when one of the guitar dinks would bust a string or need to tune - we could vamp on the intro until the new string was properly in place and hopefully tuned properly.

"Swingsets" was written by our pal Dave White and originally performed by his band, The Ultramaroons. It was always a favorite of mine, and I begged Dave on a number of occasions to share the lyrics with me, but he always insisted there weren't any, that he just made shit up each time they played it. So I improvised my own lyrics, based on my hazy recollections of Ultramaroons performances.

Of course, once we settled on some lyrics of our own, Dave and his fellow 'Maroons were quick to point out where we got the words wrong. Thanks, guys.

But until those slackers (finally) release their own version, this one will have to do.
