~ I didn't really know what to expect from the Tom Robinson ‘Introducing' show ~ whether he'd say anything about the track or not. What he did say was pretty funny and incredibly nice. (What a gorgeous voice that man has btw):
‘All too often the phrase ‘classically-trained pianist’ makes your heart sink and think of Richard Clayderman, but songwriter Chloë March has a command of the keyboard more reminiscent of Kate Bush, Tori Amos or Nina Simone. She released her solo album ‘Divining’ last November on her own label Powderkeg Records and in that track ‘Written on Water’ you can hear the three years of perfectionism that she put into making it.’
