This is my first blog! I just want to say, to pray for the leaders of the world (God knows they need it!) because if they are the prime examples of leadership, we're in trouble, deep! One would figure that, if they were so brilliant, they would have figured it out by now! I reckon that most common people know their own minds, but, what with the political mind games and self serving attitudes that are being promoted, just about everyone has forgotten that none of us has created ourselves, we all must eat, sleep, go to the toilet and, eventually die! The best thing to do, I've learned, is to eat good food, drink good water and juices and enjoy our work and our Lives! (I didn't make that up, it's in Ecclesiastes!)

Don't worry when you can pray and enjoy Life and Love and know that something good is going to happen! (If you want it!)

I loved what you said! All I feel is.  this is true in my mind & heart..Is it just that we are older and now the reality we see is clearer and not a dream? that we live in a perfect world. And the learders that we have choosen will in the end will distroy us..It doesn't matter if you have "God by your side'..Peace & Lov and mostly prayers, for those who don't pray. Melinda.

  Happy to read that someone else in the world sees what trouble we are in and sad that it is getting worse every day.  God help us and our children.  The so called world leaders (at least the ones from our country) aren't going to.  I gave up trying to change the world, but I still try and change my little corner for the better in any way I can.  The world needs more love, I know that for sure.
"Music hath charms to soothe the savage breast."  I think that is the quote, close anyway.  Play on brother.  I know you make a difference.  I live w/ someone that you touched very deeply and irrevocably.  He is a better person for knowing you.  Thanks from the bottom of my heart for that.  Peace and love.

Hey Vince:
You are so right! Leave to the Book to tell us so. Our leaders are not my leaders. I didn't vote for one of them. The one's in D.C. anyway. I hope that our vote counts this time. I want to see real Change. Change that can help me to eat that food, drink that water and live that life without going broke doing it. My love, my compassion goes to the people. We must vote for the best that will lead us and we need to stay brave to let continue to let them know HOW to lead us. The leaders work for us, not the other way around. Vote or no complaining earned.

Yes Iyah,  Health is our best wealth, Fruits, & Veggie diet w/ avocado's, kale, and nuts and seed that we all need. A       little bit of fish and eggs from our chickens. Giving thanks for each and every day, prayer and meditation and yoga streching, & woodsheding in the studio to the meditation. Life is delicate, take a deap breath.
