As most of you probably already know (if you have talked to me recently)... Daniel and I have been looking into building a house sometime in the future. We hav taken our plans and had them drawn up and everything.  And I just got the phonecall today from the morgage company and the bank... and everything's approved!!!! I am sooooo excited! We have to meet and finalize a few things with the plans. But the contractor is writing up our contract now.

I can't believe we're actually going to build our dream house. We wanted to before we were married, but there just wasn't enough time. Now it's actually happening!!!!

Ok... I just had to share some of my happiness with everyone else!!!!!

Yeah!!! I am so excited for ya!! We got our house plans several months ago, and I look at them everyday!!!! I will be so glad to be living in Charleston. I always wanted to move away from there and now I can't wait to get moved back!!

Where are ya'll planning on building?

Oh, after the new house is built, you better start decorating a nursery!! Hint Hint

Congrats!  I have to admit that I'm jealous.  Then again, I could care less about the house.  I just want a shop full of tools, a John Deere tractor with a bush hog, a big pond full of Cypress trees, and a luscious lawn.  The house is just fodder.  :-)  Haha.  Anywho, again, congrats!
