Hey everybody!

There are some very exciting things going on here in Allyville!

First, I'm incredibly excited that I'll be attending the Texas Book Festival in Austin, TX on Halloween weekend!  It's going to be a great event, and I hope as many of you as possible will try to make it.

I heart book festivals!

Second, in case you haven't already heard, we're doing another T-Shirt Logo Design Contest!  Please click here to read all about it.  (But remember the deadline is this Sunday--so get to designing!)

The final thing I have to share, I'm afraid, isn't nearly as fun.

I'm afraid lately we've been getting A LOT of forwarded messages here at MySpace.  (I mean A LOT.)  I know some of these forwards may seem like things I might be interested in, but I'm afraid that when I get the same message from a hundred or so of you it ends up taking a lot of time and energy to delete them over and over.  And over.

So please don't send forwarded messages.  I honestly never read them, because reading them takes time.  And I'd like to use my time writing--isn't that what you want too?
