Hi-gh,
The
month kicked off ever so nicely. Lo-feef was in London so with kind
booking by Mr Vis The Spoon, we premiered our little trio of Lo-Feef on
machines, Matthew Ratcliffe on cello and pink heels wearing me on
poetry. At Odd Wednesdays at Legion in Old Street.
It was such a
nice nice evening. we were truly happy with how it felt and how it got
received by the audience too. Even though I very much wished to be at
Pigalle Club instead as Charlie Winston finally performed his magic in
London... Hey, one can't be everywhere as they say...
I
completed the preparations of Latitude Festival installation, it all is
getting collected by the kind folk of Latitude team tomorrow, they will
also put it up and let's see what the response will be!! I spent month
and half on this, photos shall come soon..
When the wall gets covered and all something like 35
000 visitors go home I return to Bratislava and we will do my first
ever poetry show in where used to be home, this time with Lo-feef only.

Also,
if you fancy a true beauty of rather power packed pop art line-up, there
is a show called We Are Pop opening on 17th of July at John Mackie
Gallery in Harrogate, you get...Warhol, Haring, Banksy, Space Invaders,
Maria Slovakova and a bunch of others :)

My
solo show titled 'Pretty Pictures' at Gramaphone got a week extra so if
you are in London, there are over 20 canvasses up on the walls of this
nice bar and a club and an award winning Thai food place...until the
beginning of August. Just a warning, the management tends to take the
artwork off the walls during weekends to make sure no damage is done
during their legendary wild parties...so I suggest a relaxed weekday
for the art loving experience...
Phew, I have to stop here, I
managed to do an all night dance till 7am this morning with my
housemates at the party cross the road. Even though it is several
coffees later, I need to take it easy.
So, have a wonderful rest of the day and see you one place or the
other
