Hi All

Thanks to those of you who came out to the October shows on both sides of the Atlantic. It felt like lots of unique nights for me and the band, you were great to play to - many highlights to look back on for us.
Most nights were finished with 'Ned's Song' and, well, you ended the show! We even beat the lurgy finally, and no truth in the rumour it was traced back to livestock on the south of the island...

Still to come this week if you're around the north west is my Liverpool Music Week show this Friday (6th Nov) at Zanzibar, and very pleased to announce my return
to the Celtic Connections Festival on January 19th, a nice posh gig in the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall. Details listed below of both shows.

Meanwhile, I'm demoing new songs for next year and documenting the plight of the honey bee.

Few other bits listed below including a setlist of most of the songs played.

Cheers!
Colin

"MacIntyre's sound has open-hearted, epic honesty. Recorded in his old school, An Tobar arts centre, new album 'Island' is an eerie folk-rock mystery with beautiful, compelling melody lines." Mojo
