WOW,  What a great time we had at Baha Rock Club last week.  This was the first gig at Baha missing two close friends. Jim and Jon.  Baha is not the same with out Jim. Where ever you are, we miss you brother.  Mostly, Beaver Soup had a slightly different flavor with our good buddy Jim Barry helping us out on drums.  Different ingredient, same great taste!

You know, being in a band is about as intimate as you can get with people, with out being in a relationship with them.  Sometimes though, the results are the same.

It comes with a heavy heart that we must announce that Beaver Soup has played it's last show.  After thinking it out, and coming to reality, The Soup is no longer.

From the beginning with Whitey, to Andy's first show (who knows how he got his nickname), to the cages at Captn' Jack's, The Mardi Gras extravaganza, dancin' on the bar at the bars, to all of our great friends, on stage and off, it was an awesome gig. 

Let's see, thank you to - First and foremost John & Pam; you guys helped us out from the beginning, and were there every step of the way thank you.  Becky & Lisa our first Super Fans; you guys rock.  Rick & Cindy; Scotty & Chris(we still have you in our prayers); Parrot's - Sabrina, Marty, Matt, Dave, Michelle, Paul & Chris, Jay(the original cool dude bartender) Rich's Place; Rich, Claudia, Kristin, Kari, Becca  Here's Johnny's; Johnny and crew. Russ and everyone at Brewskeez. To Matty, Jeremy, Rachel, Amy, & Sean thank you very much.  We could not have asked for better friends.

Jonesy, Whitney, Russ, Robin, Jeffy, Constantine, Timbo, Fred, Lea, and to all I can not remember.

Most of all Matt, Sara, Aislyn, and Rae.  From the first time you all introduced yourselves Baha, we knew we had met the real deal.  Always there, always on.  Thank You

Please, come out and give us your support.  Paul is playing in Asbury Park, Andy is doing solo acoustic, and Mark will turn up somewhere, Check their myspace pages and keep in touch.

We know that we were going to have a humdinger at Jonesy's party this Friday, but things happen.  Still, come on out and show your support for one of our biggest fans, and best friend.  Some members of The Soup still be on hand, and we can double toast Jones and The Soup.  Sobbers welcome.

That is the formal end of it.  On a personal note.  I have really enjoyed being able to share all of our shows with you.  As most of you have guest, I(Mark) take care of the emails, and keeping everyone informed.  It was a great run, and I will miss all of you.  Stay tuned, and keep in touch.  All of us are moving on, and you WILL see us around.  I had a great time playing with these guys, and some of the most fun I have ever had on stage.
