Well I'm still grinding away at what seems to be a never ending story, I can say with pride that the past couple of weeks have been the most productive that I've had since I started work on this album. And yes it does look like Chinese Democracy will be out before the new ZONTOX album..

I've just about finished recording pre-production tracks for the album. I'm quite happy with how the songs have turned out, and for me to be happy about anything is a good sign.. The demo songs on this myspace will be featured on the album, but with quite a lot of modifications.. The Inevitable is probably the song that has undergone the least ammount of changes. Some of the songs have been slown down a bit, due to the fact that I want to be able to find a human drummer that can pull off these songs live.. Guitar wise, sound wise, lyrically and in pretty much every other way these songs have been improved.

I've gone through a lot of my old material and brought it up to scratch for the album, so I'm more or less going to have enough material to release another album in the not too distant future. It's my aim to release an album a year, but I'll have to wait and see just how possible that is, after all I'm more interested in quality before quantity. Anyways I'll be back with another update in the year 2012, if the world hasn't shat itself by then.. Cheers!
