You may have noticed that OV has a decreased gig schedule for the next couple of weeks.  After a ultra-mega-exhausting Summer, we're going to "take it easy" for the remainder of 2008. 

Why?  First and foremost, OV needs to concentrate on writing new material.  We've got some exciting projects in the pipe, and we're FORCING ourselves to make time for such endeavors.  We're currently in a [NEW TO US] position of actually having to decline a sh*t-ton of show offers...but the more gigs we play, the less time we are able to devote to new tunes.  Sooooo, we consider this to be a worthwhile compromise.  After all- new music = 'good,' yes?

Fear not- we're still booking gigs!  You can expect a lighter load for the next few months...but definitely NOT a "blank" schedule.
