SIXTY WATT BAYONETS
Female
sassy Reading popcore, easily the best female UK fronted popcore band
in the country. They released their debut record in July to rave
reviews. Here are what the press said. Awesome live. Bass player Will
uncle is Bruce Buckler from The Jam.
"Penny Bayonet’s powerful vocals drive the band’s sound, underpinned
by a tight disco-punk stomp, that draws equally on fuzzy, eccentric
garage rock." - Rock Sound
"the ability to write songs that make you want to shimmy your
ass, wave your fists and shake your head like a rabid Chihuahua fresh
out of a washing machine." - Kerrang!

Their fine-tuned rock has the horsepower of a ten-tonne truck. "
(Linda Serck, BBC, UK)
"Pure energy... This is power-pop at its very best! 12 great
songs to jump about to. Remove all ornaments & PLAY LOUD!" (The
Overflow Network, Holland/UK)
"'Seen From Space' is an absolute stormer - mellow, life affirming and essential. Buy your copy today" (Blah Blah magazine, UK)
" …this will no doubt be gracing our radio airwaves some time soon, and
