Here I sit in Panama City Beach this Tuesday June 14th afternoon drinking a beer after a long day at the beach riding boogie boards and jet ski’s….my ass hurts petty bad because of those killer waves! My brother Ramon (Ray) and I are having a pretty kick ass time and our vacation is not even half way over! We still have New Orleans to drive to tomorrow and will stay there until Sunday the 19th! Yeah, I know the rest of my vacation is going to be pretty wild! Our trip started off on Friday the 10th staying in Vicksburg, MS with us going out to the Ameristar Casino and eating for free at their awesome buffet playing roulette afterwards (I didn’t do to bad). We got up the next morning and drove on down to Panama City Beach on Saturday and got here that night barely missing the Tropical Storm “Arlene” by a few hours. Went to Club La Vela (AKA-“The largest night club in America”-it was pretty kewl but I #1-miss staying up until 5am #2-the crowd was a little young on the Dance side of the club. Suppose I am use to Discovery! Sunday-I chilled out at the Holiday Inn Sun Spree Hotel’s pool and beach. Here is their live webcam! (http://www.hipcbeach.com/bch_cams.htm) then went out to Hooters for the Spurs game which wasn’t much of a game because the Spurs kicked major ass! Later that night we went to a place called Spinnakers to listen to a live band for a few hours… that place was pretty kewl. Monday ate lunch at Pineapple Willy’s and had Mai Tai and Sex on the Beach drinks then went golfing at the Holiday Golf course (Ray’s first time and he did pretty well). Later that night we were pretty tired from golf so we just road go carts smashing each other up pretty bad.ly Tuesday-Today,,,,well you know…my ass hurts from the jet ski….blah blah. The whole reason I wanted to blog was due to the fact that when I sat down with my laptop here in the hotel checking myspace I was looking over at the TV channel listings and it dawned on me that I know I am not the only one that has ever wanted to know what is America’s problem on the TV station channel/number. MTV here is on channel 25 right next to the Disney channel….WTF? Why can’t I just go somewhere and know that MTV is on channel 76 or some standard number? Suppose it is to much of a problem to set a standard?
