Wehbba strikes back with the fourth release on 82 Recordings, this time solo, an eclectic 4 tracker including his own re-work, Tom Hades & Leo Fernandez remixes.
"Quatro" derived from a very strong and emotional day Wehbba witnessed when his grandfather passed away the exact same day of his birth, the 4th of May.
"Quatro" is a tribute to Jose Augusto Monteiro.
The re-work edition of "Quatro" features some very dramatic melodies streaming over the steady, percussive and smooth rhythms that invite you to listen to the story from beginning to end. While the original version is a much more upbeat and funky big room number with a spacey break that splits the harshness of its groove.
In addition Tom Hades was invited to create his own interpretation of "Quatro" adding some extra Belgian funk and groove with psychedelic synths on top.
While Leo Fernandez finishes off his version with a more rough and techy sound mingling with blips and beeps of melody to create an overwhelming techno number.
