I am blessed and excited to be posting online a 60 min, fun and
enlightening dialogue I recorded with my friend, Ash Ruiz, singer,
songwriter and spiritual mentor, from the band HereIIHere, ( http://welcometothismoment.com ), formerly of the band Menudo, about the spiritual path and awakening to our true essence.

Note: Near the end, at about 51 minutes in, there is a two minute gap
of silence. A great opportunity to meditate and process until the
