i am sleepy and exhausted lately. I can't decide if its the slight cold i have, thats been coming on for a few weeks, or the cold weather outside or the fact that I've had about a million things in my life stirred up, shook around and served up on my platter of life the last few months. forgive me if i'm not up for chatting much or i make no sense when i do.

change is good and i'm still settling into my new life here in the UK. i have made some incredibly lovely friends. all 4 of them. : ) hee...quality over quantity as they say. i miss my life and friends from the chi, but i'm loving the change and new-ness here in a different country. i've always wanted to move to europe and i'm close enough now; especially to my family in holland + hungary.

speaking of holland, i'm going to be playing a dj set there on nov 3rd. i'm looking forward to this since its the first time i'm mixing out again since march! i miss mixing out. i've been dying to play some new tunes out. i haven't had much time to work on music the last couple weeks because of my moving into my own flat and the jobby-job, but once i get my energy back, i'll be back in that studio.

i thought i should give everyone an update since i haven't written anything since my move!

one thing i *really* miss about chicago is the art shows/gallery openings, does anyone go to gallery openings with decent djs in london?! let me know where the actions at. there has to be a scene like that here...where is it!? i also miss walking down the street to sonotheque, catching flosstradamus mixing it up...or the talented major taylor mixing a sampler of tasty treats at tumans friday night and rotofugi!! : ( take advantage of those wonderful things if you are in chicago.
