Hey folks.  Did any of you get to tune in this morning to my appearance on "Eleven O'Clock Rock"?  What a great idea and such a fun time that was.  As you know I am certainly not a morning person, but I hoped right out of bed on the three hours sleep I was able to manage and headed downtown for my first appearance on the show.  (I hope to have many more!)  Brent and Lauren were so funny and the giant cup of coffee I had did me well.  I want to thank those folks for having me on and encourage you guys to support www.knoxivi.com as much as you can.  They have some great things going on.  If you missed the live webcast, you can still see it just by following the link above since they archive every show.  Once you are on their page, just click on the tab that says Friday and myy episode should be right there.  If you guys are downtown Knoxville stop into 17 Market Square, have some luch and watch them film a show sometime.  Tell 'em I sent ya!  Now it is time for some much need sleep.  Peace and chicken grease!
