Yes it's that time of year again. BULLS SEASON!
The Bulls first game of the season is Thursday when they play the Spurs on TNT.
I've been a die hard fan for 20 years now! Even after Jordon retired I continued rooting for my team watching every game that I could. There was a loooong stretch when the Bulls plain out sucked, I admit it, but I still rooted for them like always.
After drafting Derrick Rose as the No. 1 pick last year the BULLS are back in the fold again. He has already made a name for himself as a top point guard in the league in only his first year. He won rookie of the year while taking the Bulls to the playoffs last season facing the Celtics. Oh yeah, and he is only 20 years old! That playoff series last year, in case you missed it, is among one of the best playoff series in NBA history.
This year they will be even better even with the loss of Ben Gordon to the Pistons.
They drafted Taj Gibson and James Johnson who have been playing great all pre-season. Noah finally got it in his head that he needed to work on his game and had worked all off season fine tuning his skills. He has also been playing really well this pre-season. They have incredible depth in their bench game and I see great things happening this season. I predict a record of 46-36 and a 4th or 5th seed in the playoffs.
Now enjoy some D-Rose highlights from last season.
