I'm from Australia, I'm like you and I don't like Vegemite either. I find it too bitter.
Craft who makes its, has made a new version of it, its half of the Vegemite mixed with some cream cheese. there was a comp to name the new version and isnack 2.0 won, but alot of the country hated it so craft changed the name to cheesebite or something like that.

Hi, I'm not Australia, But been there at least 12 times since 1984. Never heard that dish before.
I Think some one was pulling your teaste Budds. Well' what I eat Australia is lot of seaeat Rice
Slpash with Buttermilk Lostertales meat,with mix of Swordfish on the side.
China sea is the dinner-dish to eat anywhere. But Australia should be known for great seafood
dinner. Not Crap that teastes too werid. Next time don't package stuff from other world's
that don't what it teastes like. By the foods of it, Have you had your flu Shoot yet.
Well' If have not don't. Because eating not sure food can make you sick just by getting a shoot
of eggy white tpye of stuff into your arm. So far over haft 10,000000 people be , If the flu shoot
