I got up at 3:15 a..m. eat some breakest and was thinking about the run that was before me,I was not 100% my body was far from that my health was down going into this run and more than I even realized.But a little after 5:00 a.m. I headed off and goin down 27 it was very dark in some areas raining hard and some lightning but we only dealed with that for close to 2 hours and I will say later on we could have used some rain that would have felt pretty good.As the day went on I felt weak but I kept going and we stopped at a gas station 6 miles from the finish and I was out of it my eyes was shutting trying to go to sleep and I was so weak it just hit me at once and energy was not building up.After a couple miles I guess I was crying I was pretty much toast my sickness wore my body down to nothing I had two pacers with me at the time and they said lets have prayer and we did and folks that prayer worked , I got enough energy to keep going forward and I did feel better it was still very tough I'm not saying that it wasn't but God gave me the boost I needed to keep going God's love is amazing.I went on to finish at Taco Bell/KFC in Lake City and had done what I said I was going to do and I did the run to help fight diabetes I wish we could put a end to diabetes and I will keep fighting to do so with many others.But folks I could have never helped fight diabetes if it wasn't for God I could not even take a step to help anyone, God's Love for us is so great he is always there for us ALWAYS.And running to Lake City was so much better than driving you just don't really get to enjoy as much driving  you can really take nature in when your running,it's just an experience you can not explain theres just know beauty to driving the trip well more enjoyable running.
