"I live across Center St. from your bar and there are many nights I can hear your bands loud and clear. I'm not a priss. I expect a certain amount of downtown noise, but I shouldn't have to hear a bar a block away.

I'm not sure if the noise is due to open windows/doors, or if it's because the music is just obnoxiously loud, but I shouldn't have bass and drums from your bar rattling my apartment. I do not want the police to get involved so I thought I would ask you first to mitigate the problem. If I continue to hear noise from IBC in my apartment I will have no choice but to involve the police.
