Sending Tracks via email as mp3 files

* 128 kbs quality files are ideal (as the podcast is streamed in 64kbs quality)
* please label the tracks with band name and song title .
*  You can submit any number of tracks (bands submit full albums/eps this way) but can you make sure the mp3 files in each email total no more than 10mbs in size otherwise the server blocks them and they dont get through. Submitting multiple emails with tracks is fine.
* Also in the email include a bit of info about the band , website , what release the tracks are from and where people can buy the release etc.
* email address to send to is humdrumpunk@hotmail.com
* After sending mp3 files this way its always worth dropping me a message on myspace saying they have been sent and i will let you know if they have arrived.

Sending CD Releases Via the Postal Service
Alternatively you can send actual cd releases via the postal service, Im in Australia this  could take between one and six weeks to arrive depending on your location (usually its about 8 days), but if you do want to submit this way let me know and i will reply with a mail address.
