We would like to apologise to everyone who was looking forward to seeing us at Knockongorroch and the Leith Folk Club for cancelling those dates with such short notice.

Aaron's girlfriend was 12 days overdue with their new baby and Aaron quite rightly decided that he had to stay with her and could not go on such a long journey with the band.  The rest of us felt that it just wouldn't be Sheelanagig if we went ahead without Aaron, so we had to pull out of both events.

Thankfully the organisers of Knockongorroch and the Leith Folk Club (and also at the Blues Bar in Harrogate which we also had to cancel) have all been very understanding about the situation, and we will be re-scheduling all the gigs for sometime in the new year.
