certain 'friends' of mine...namely THE LAST TYCOONS are playing a very special end of year show in Crawdaddy this coming saturday [Dec 6th] id like to take this opportunity to urge anybody thats gonna be in dublin on the night to get along and give them some support.

As many will know, Stephen, Dan and The Hog have been part of The Mighty Stef band since the beginning of 2008 which has proved to be one of the most active periods in TMS history. They hooked up with myself and Bren Dempsey before our US tour in febuary and have remained committed ever since. In parrallel to working on My second album and gigging with me quite intensely at home and abroad the lads have been working on The Last Tycoons debut record which i understand is due for release in march/april 2009.


I love this band to death and would urge anybody with an ear for real music to make their presence felt at crawdaddy this saturday. The Last Tycoons are as bad-ass as it gets with heartbreakingly catchy tunes coming out of thier asses. They are gonna be playin some stuff off their forthcoming album ..its a night not to be missed..
