Lucky Knitwear started in a Ford Fiesta in Birmingham April 2005. Band members included Ali Valium, Hayley Smith, Stef and Ashley Barker. Hayley Smith left the group soon after she became a successful dj calling herself HALF TUNE HAYLEY. New member to the band Marv Hines then joined claiming that he could manage 2 bands, other band The Paddingtons. After a house party Ali Valium glassed Stef so his ending to the band was pretty clear. At that very same party the band was joined by Beki De La Trash, borderline alcoholic and the former lead vocals of "ilovecock". Joy Danby a law student, part time jacksons shop keeper, part time hooker joined in July 2005. The band then recorded there first single "Paedophile Pie" including back up singers Lloyd Dobbs, Sarah Nottingham, Sam Riley and Hayley Smith came back for more. The members we are left with now are Steffi, Ashley, Joy, Marv and Beki De La Trash. Aggy then joined September 2005 at Joys 21st birthday show we did in Leeds claiming she was "worth it". and so the story continues. Lisa Moorish then found the band out and instantly joining herself! AND MEMBERS ARE NOW STEFFI ASHLEY AGGY MARV AND EMILY (aggys sister) heck we needed a crazy drummer!!  

It gets a bit crazy as we always want new members but Lucky Knitwear are and have always been
