So, my plan to force myself to write these posts hasn't really worked... Well, at least to me it was no surprise.

Let's see, what's been going on... Of course we played at Welmu's Talvirok with Kamala and The Indigo, which was nice. The gig itself is a bit hazy to yours truly, but from what I've heard it was all good! The night as a whole sure was, and fortunately we had two rooms at the hotel so the most tired of us (or the one who had to drive the next day!!) could get some sleep in one room and leave the 20 or so people drinking in the other. Some drunk plans for the future were made regarding Misleds and Viitasaari, but we'll see what happens.

The following Thursday we were in Red Neck. The bar was celebrating it's 15th birthday the whole week and we got to tag along for the festivities. We shared the stage with Valley Below and our old friends Herra Murphy. The night was cold as hell(??) but things heated up in the bar quite nicely and fun was once again had by all! The aforementioned plans devised in Viitasaari evolved to include Herra Murphy, but still it's safer not to go further here. The following day was in a word interesting, involving teddies (not the cuddly toy kind), tentacles, a sauna, a lounge and night to remember, which was forgotten.

Last Friday we went to us guys' old hometown Keuruu to rock out at Pub Red Bike. I've heard that the most popular name for a pub is "Red Lion", but our precious(????) Keuruu has a Red Bike. Go figure... I don't know if it was the changes they had made to the place or the smell of piss in the toilets, but the gig was great! El Presidente did a great job with the lights we had along and sweat was flying on-stage and off. Some of us drove back to Jyväskylä with the gear in the heat of the night to return the rented car in time. Oh, what joy can be had carrying shit that weighs about 700kg (well, felt like it at 4.30 a.m.) with only something that used to be adrenaline from the gig pumping in your veins.

If you've read our Finnish blog on our website www.misleds.com you'll know that this stuff isn't even meant to be informative... All in all, all the gigs were great fun!

What else... Last night Jimmy and I were harassing a bunch of record labels and the like over some e-mails, let's hope for the best!
