Dont forget there are actually some clubs in the city where you are denied admitance if you show up wearing a plain white tee-shirt as well.  Hey yinz guyz, too bad for all us classy broads that donzi's aint open no more huh?  Yinz could get in der with all kinz of clothes!  (sorry, had to throw in some local mentality).

well... this blog was written in response to my ranting and raving about being denied access to matrix.. OF ALL PLACES.. rockin the super duper fly threads from Torque....

and i say that because... right after i was denied... 3 cats were allowed in with the plain white tees..

FUCKING RIGHT. i can't even tell you how embarrased/pissed i was when DIESEL in the south side had the nerve to tell me that i did not meet dress code this summer. there i stood in a brand new white calvin klein t-shirt with an itsus t-shirt beneath it. my pants were SEVEN jeans and i had on KENNETH COLE NEW YORK, pointed-toe boots that were wicked hot - too hot for the burgh actually. despite looking really sharp and winning a model search and magazine cover, i was denied in while the dirty schlup in front of me marched right in in his 12.99 clearance rack, striped polo from american eagle. my outfit was worth more than both that guy and the doorman's left nuts! pittsburgh clubs, get over your fucking selves and realize that there are some people that are stylish enough to have allergies to american eagle, old navy, and the bargain-bin, whore outfits that the girls are picking up at rue 21 and trampage. really, i'm over it. oh, and you "hot boys" that show up at matrix for a booty call in the black button up untucked with your worn in jeans and clunky square toed, black, scuffed-up shoes . . . you aren't hot.
