Well, by now many folks know that I have moved to the East Coast of the U.S. for a while.
And I'm reconnecting with many old friends and making some wonderful new ones. It's a great time of the year to be here, too. The weather, the budding tress and spring leafing-out has been spectacular. I'm happy to be around some of the great young players in this fnatastic musical community, I do miss some of the dear west coast friends whom I don't get to see as often. But I will be in California in late June with my friend, the incredible guitarist Scott Law.
And I will be playing some informal New England get-aquainted shows around the area at the end of May. One of the most fun ones should at be the Town Crier Cafe on May 30, in Pawling, NY. Also 2 incredible shows with the most amazing string quartet ever: Myself, the Haas sisters, and Lauren Rioux... and with some of the greatest young musicans from the Portland, Maine area.
