Just want to remind ya'll. Be sure to get your doctor check-up's. See your physician, ur obgyn (ladies, lol), ur eye doctor, ur dentist, and what other doctor ur refered to. Especially if u have insurance. Take advantage! It has been years since I have seen a doctor, and I had insurance for the past 3 year! I feel so ashamed and stupid. But I don't want ya'll to feel that way. Health is so important. Preventative care is key to longevity. Just simple follow up care will reduce chances of huge mishaps, like having to go into surgery, or worse. Follow up is where I suffered. When u make an appointment, keep it! This is your life, it is more important then whatever else u have to do! Hold ur self accountable, especially if your grown, (23 and older).
