This video is from Joel Sanders. Even though we've only performed together once, I consider him a friend. He is not only funny and VERY professional, he's also an extremely nice guy who didn't deserve to be subjected to this type of treatment by ANY comedy club, or hotel staff. It was wrong, inexcusable, and pathetic.

Not that I'm aware of, Joe.  That's not to say there hasn't been, though.  When I communicated with Joel late yesterday he didn't give the impression that the manager had spoken with him since the night it happened.  Wrong on EVERY level.

I agree, Chris.  Joel was thrown under the bus without ANY justification whatsoever.  Unless, of course, money was the venue and hotel's top priority over everything...and everyone...else.  Nah. That just could'nt have been it.  Could it? 

For the steadfastly naive, the true color of the sky has been unarguably revealed.

And then to ask him if he stole the mic they didn't let him perform with in the first place?  Surely this was some practical joke and it'll pop up in a Sasha Baron Cohen movie in a few months.  Wow.
