Juancho's new musical venture is the result
of common threads found in diverse musical
streams such as Brazilian, Cuban, and
Venezuelan rhythms as well as funk and
blues grooves.
Electronic textures and loops are a distinct
part of the aesthetics of the project. It
conveys a vibrant dialogue between electronic
and acoustic instruments, between tradition
and forward motion.
The lyrics, which are sung in Spanish, English
and Portuguese, portray a vision of life as a
consecutive collection of moments. Some are
deep and emotional, some are sarcastic and
satirical, some are superficial and irrational.
