Good and bad news


Good news is that I've been given a great opportunity to fulfill one of my dreams of composing the full score for a feature film.

The Swedish film with the working title "Dear Alice" will premiere in the beginning of next year and stars Tuva Novotny, Stefan Sauk, Regina Lund, Ulf Brunnberg and Danny Glover(!).

Those of you who live outside Sweden might not be familiar with some of the names but hopefully you've seen Mr. Glovers performances in the "Lethal Weapon" movies or in the classic "The Color Purple"

It is directed by the very talented Mr. Othman Karim and we've had the chance to sit down and vibe about the project and I'm very excited about contributing to this film.

More good news is that one of my closest lifetime friends Swedish comedian and TV personality Måns Möller will host his own show which will air on Swedish TV4 on Saturday evenings prime time starting October 24th.

I've been asked to be a part of the show with my band which I gladly accepted.

As you can imagine these two projects will be keeping me pretty busy this fall and so I will not be able to finish the recording of my album as planned.

I feel really bad that my album is pushed back yet again but at the same time these were opportunities that I just couldn't turn down

I hope you understand my situation and can bare with me until the beginning of next year when I would have had the time to complete the recording and mixing of the new album.

Once again, I truly apologize to those of you who were expecting to hear the new album before the end of this year as promised and I hope that you will be feeling the new music once I deliver.
